What We Sell

SILVERGATE GROUP LLC provides comprehensive consultancy and property management services, including:

  • Business Mapping & Structuring: Strategic planning and operational setup for short-term rental businesses
  • Strategic Consulting: Market analysis, positioning strategies, and growth planning
  • Price & Revenue Management: Dynamic pricing optimization and revenue maximization strategies
  • Property Management Support: Operational guidance, systems implementation, and management consulting
  • Deluxe Services: Premium concierge services and luxury property optimization

When You Are Charged

Payment Schedule

  • One-time Consultancy Services: Payment is due at the time of booking or service confirmation
  • Ongoing Management Services: Billed monthly in advance on the same date each month
  • Project-based Services: Payment schedule outlined in individual service agreements (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion)
  • Retainer Services: Monthly retainer fees are due on the first business day of each month

All payment terms and schedules will be clearly specified in your individual service agreement. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments. Late payments may result in service suspension.

What We Don't Do

Important Exclusions

To ensure clarity and compliance, SILVERGATE GROUP LLC explicitly does NOT provide the following services:

  • Tenant Deposit Handling: We do not hold, manage, or process tenant security deposits
  • Guest Payment Processing: We do not process guest payments, bookings, or financial transactions on behalf of guests
  • Escrow Services: We do not act as an escrow service or hold funds for third parties
  • Financial Institution Services: We are not a bank, credit union, or licensed financial institution
  • Legal or Tax Advice: Our services do not constitute legal or tax advice (consult appropriate professionals)

Payment Methods & Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • ACH/Electronic Bank Transfers
  • Business Checks (with prior approval)

Payment Terms

  • Net 15 days for invoiced services
  • Immediate payment for booking confirmations
  • Monthly services billed in advance
  • Late fees: 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
